Users reporting that their daily lawn task suggestions aren't updating properly. The refresh button either takes too

long (20+ seconds) or fails completely, leaving them with outdated or no task recommendations.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open dashboard/home screen

2. View current task suggestions

3. Tap refresh or pull to refresh

4. Suggestions fail to update or timeout
